SKINNY'S FIYA TRUCK
Inside the engine bay at Hose Station No. 7 you’ll find the real deal — Skinny’s Fiya Truck. This isn’t just any food truck. It’s a fully restored 1993 fire truck that Cord Kleist of Skinny’s Barbeque turned into a rolling Texas-style BBQ kitchen. Parked right where the old hose company once rolled out, the Fiya Truck now serves up brisket, pulled pork, and all the smoky favorites that made Skinny’s legendary in Muscatine.
