By purchasing a ticket or entering Hose Station 7, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Ticket Sales & Entry
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Tickets are non-transferable except as allowed by Hose Station 7. You must present a valid ticket and valid photo ID upon entry. Hose Station 7 reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person for any reason, including but not limited to disorderly conduct, intoxication, or violation of these terms.
Age Restrictions
Age policies vary by event and will be clearly stated on the event page. It is your responsibility to confirm the age requirement before purchasing tickets. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all age-restricted events.
Refunds & Event Changes
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Hose Station 7 reserves the right to change event details (including lineup, start time, or supporting acts) without prior notice. Such changes do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
Conduct
All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, artists, and other attendees. Hose Station 7 has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, violence, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. Violation may result in immediate removal without refund.
Photography, Video & Audio Recording
Personal photography for non-commercial use is generally allowed unless otherwise stated. Professional cameras, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited without prior written consent from Hose Station 7. Hose Station 7 and its partners may photograph or record events and use such content for promotional purposes without compensation.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed inside Hose Station 7:
- Outside food or beverages
- Weapons of any kind
- Illegal substances
- Large bags, backpacks, or suitcases
- Professional recording equipment (without approval)
- Laser pointers, glow sticks, or similar items that may disrupt the performance
Hose Station 7 reserves the right to search bags and persons upon entry.
Assumption of Risk & Liability
By entering Hose Station 7, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending a live music event, including but not limited to loud music, crowded conditions, and the actions of other guests. Hose Station 7 is not liable for any personal injury, property loss, or damages that occur on the premises, except as required by law.

Resale of Tickets
Unauthorized resale of tickets is prohibited. Tickets purchased through unauthorized sources may be invalid and will not be honored.
Right to Refuse Service
Hose Station 7 reserves the right to refuse service or admission to any individual at its sole discretion.
Changes to Terms
Hose Station 7 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or attendance at events after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
